Appendix pain or not?

Well this past year has not been good health wise for me and now another issue might be going on. I had gall bladder removed by first the key hole removal then it burst, then it became an open procedure. Well after 1 week, I was let go. Now I had some pain start the past few days in my lower right side, deep inside near my hip area. Today it throbs off and on and getting more painful. Is it possible to have an issue with the appendix after having a severe issue with my gall bladder and pancreas being inflamed last year. I have not thrown up yet or gotten sick yet other than the semi-sharp pain at times. I'm 58 and it seem like I am falling apart. Strange, I did not see many doctors over the past 36 years, but the past 3 has been a revolving door. Getting old sucks!
