Weight gain in stomach area?

I feel like i am gaining weight mainly just my stomach area. The scale doesn't say or have changed any. But to me it shows. No possible way of being pregnant, just had period and my husband has had a vasectomy about 7 years ago. And it seems like to gets bigger after everytime i eat. Could there be a reason for this?
