Does anyone know where I can find this skirt - was in a music video?

Ok I was watching a music video from the group Hinder - song "Use Me" saw a girl wearing a verrry short plaid mini skirt that had chains that were attached to it - chains went through silver circle hoops. I don't think it was a belt - it was attached to the skirt. anyone kow where I can find something like that?
