PLEASE! I need help finding the right California Community College for me!!!?

Santa Barbara City College (SBCC) is my suggestion because it is located in a urban area near public transportation and you have access to UC Santa Barbara and its libraries. SBCC offers all the prerequisites you need to transfer to any UC in California. Some of the strengths of the colleges that you cite are more in upper division than what is offered in a community college which specialize in lower division education.
