Wisdom Teeth Removal without IV Sedation?

Usually if they are removing wisdom's on both sides, you will need to be sedated just to relax the mouth and be able to do the work. I would suggest having the upper and lower pulled/extracted one side at a time so they won't have to put you to sleep. The only drawback is that you will have to do this on two separate trips.
