When you subscribe to Teen Vogue do you get a free purse?

I subscribed to Teen Vogue a while ago and have not gotten any magazines yet. Today in the mail there was a package in my name and there was a cute purse in it. I have no idea where it came from but is it from teen Vogue because I subscribed?
