Do you feel that India needs a bowling allrounder in the team rather than batting allrounders?

Raina, Y Pathan, Jadeja, Yuvraj and Sehwag have been useful at many occasions but we certainly needs a bowler who can complete 10 overs of in bowling and make quick 30-40 runs at no.7 or no.8 position.
