Subconscious anxious habits?

I actually am the same excact way, i have socail anxiety and i always am doing nervous habits niot pourpusfully. I have been through therepy before though, and i learned some things that helped me with that alot. Take deep breathes, and focus on the breath out, it helps calm you down, if you reach your hands either behind your back, or on the back of your neck it forces chest breathing, which calms you down when you are feeling stressed or anxiuus, distracting yourself with things you like, for example listening to music really helps me. If you can manage to calm your self down then the subcauncious habits will stop, it is not easy, but these things can help alot. Good luck! :3
