Can we afford to continue the War on Drugs, when Terrorists are using Drug profits to kill our soldiers?

I couldn't agree with you more. I live in between two drug dealers. It's some thing to see kids in their teens get out of brand new cars! One even died of an OD, yet still the drug dealing and using goes on!
