Canesten Internal thrush treatment just used now having twinges 38 weeks HELP!!?

It's nothing that's not normal. Towards the end of pregnancy,it's normal to feel twinges of pain in the l area. There's some pretty intense pelvic pressure towards the end as well. Even if you were to have your babies,they'd be ok. 37 weeks is considered a full-term birth. Good luck,and the cream has nothing to do with it. It just sounds like the normal part of the end of pregnancy.
