How to prevent the itching problem in my right as iam using moisturiser after consulting doctor?

as iam having itching problem in my right i consulted gynac dr, she adviced me to apply moisturiser as that part is dry. after applying continiously too still iam having the same problem can i go for other consultation with dermatologist please can any one help me
