I think im growing testicles?

im 14, and i live with my mother in utah. i am really worried because im startin to grow these fleshy bubble things underneath my . when you pinch them it gives me a gy feelig at the bottom of my abdomen, and i start to sweat and it hurts alot. my moms been giving me shots cause she says itll make them go away, but when she first started they werent even there. i know this sounds unreal, but im really worried.
