Should I accept this fantasy football trade?

I would get Greg jennings, Maurice Jones Drew, Pierre Thomas, and Pierre Garcon.... And I would give up Michael Turner, Miles Austin, and Brandon Jackson... I would be strengthening my RB position intensly. I already have Clinton Portis and Jerome Harrison. Therefore Portis would be my 3rd option at RB. I also have Marques Colston at WR. Is this trade worth losing Turner and arguabley the best WR in the NFL right now in Miles Austin????
