Simpsons question...where can i find this episode?

can u remember the episode where Bart was skateboarding, fell down a drain and ended up in an underground hideout with Fat Tony and the other gansters. he used to go there after school and hang out frequently after meeting them, then when the cops raided the hideout and they went to trial, Fat Tony said that Bart was the leader of the gang.
