Why do people still talk about this "ist" wage gap?

They can't let go of victimhood. Its the only thing they have. Its the basic building block of their identity. Which is weird because surely you would think that proof of not being a victim would be a good thing to them. Nope, not to these rational and totally logical thinkers. They're now victims of not being victims.
