Your Opinion Please?

A little about me, I have PCOS and take Metformin off and on to correct this. For the past 4 months my cycles have regulated somewhat; 40-32-34-32. I believe I o'ed either jan 23rd or 25th. Hubby and I bd'ed 20th, 21st and 22nd. Got the ovulation twinge on the 17th and it hasnt stopped yet,normally lasts a few minutes. Also my upper back is hurting and the top part of my are sore and heavy. I NEVER have suffered from sore s and not due to start until Feb 6th or 8th. Do you think that hubby and I bed enough to achieve pregnancy this time if I o'ed on the 25th? Also, do these sound like early pregnancy symptoms? I know I have to wait out the 2 weeks I just wanted to see if others think it may have happened this time or if it's all in my mind. We have been ttc for a very long time so please be honest but not sarcastic. Appreciate all honest, logical and nice opinions. Thanks and baby dust to all!
