I want to move more south because I live in a snow belt and it's hard to get around?

I was wondering if there was a good senior high rise apartment building that was hud subsidized. I get less than $800 soc sec and I would be looking for something I can afford. I live in a HUD high rise now and I just about make it. Does anyone have any info for me? thanks!!!
